General terms and Conditions
Ar1.Each booking of services results in the acceptance of our general conditions.
Ar2.LIMOCAB strives to make the taxi service operational almost permanently, 24/7. This means that the user can order a taxi for pickup at any time subject to the availability of one of our drivers and a vehicle at the requested time.
Ar3.An online reservation consists of the registration by LIMOCAB of a taxi request made by the customer within a period of maximum 14 days to minimum 48 hours before the pick-up time. The reservation will be effective after receiving a confirmation email. LIMOCAB reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of force majeure, extreme weather conditions (snow, ice, etc.), unavailability of the vehicle in case of accident, etc. LIMOCAB will endeavour to inform the customer 48h in advance.
Ar4.Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be mentioned to us no later than 24 hours before the start of the service. Within these 24 hours and no later than 12 hours before the start of the service, 50% of the amount of the trip will be charged. Within 12h, the total amount of the trip will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
Ar5.LIMOCAB retains the right to make available another vehicle of the same type or not in the event of technical problems occurring to the vehicle previously reserved.
Ar6.It is strongly advised not to leave anything in the vehicle. LIMOCAB disclaims any liability for loss or theft of items left in the vehicle. Any item found by the driver will be returned either to the police or by post after invoicing the shipping costs.
Ar7. Drivers of LIMOCAB vehicles undertake to comply with the Highway Code (non-exceedance of authorized speed limits, driving adapted to weather conditions, etc.).
Ar8.It is strictly forbidden to smoke in vehicles or to be in possession of narcotic products. In these cases, LIMOCAB will stop the service immediately, without any refund or compensation.
Ar9.Obligations of passengers: from the moment they are invited to board, each passenger must immediately and strictly comply with the instructions given by the driver in the interest of the safety of the vehicle and its passengers.
Ar10.As soon as the customer is taken care of, the customer and the persons accompanying him are responsible for any degradation or contamination (material damage, vomiting, etc.) caused to the vehicle. Any behaviour likely to contaminate or damage the vehicle will be subject to an additional charge of “vehicle degradation, cleaning or repair costs”.
Ar11.LIMOCAB reserves the right to modify the general conditions of use of the services by publishing a new version of the general conditions on its website. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of use of the service.
Ar12.These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and any dispute will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
