Pricing and payment
When you take a taxi, it’s always the same question, you’re afraid to see the bill rise too high. When you make use of our services, we apply clear packages and partially displayed on our site. For any special request, we will provide you with a quote in advance. No exorbitant packages, no hidden or revised prices after your race.
The price of the taxi is determined by many factors:
- Support: it is a lump sum applicable from the beginning of the race.
- The package: calculated based on the distance and the estimated time required.
- Surcharges: in contrast to other taxi companies, LIMOCAB do not ask for any extra baggage or passenger.
Transfer costs are always per vehicle and not per person. The type of vehicle is selected to afford the number of passengers.
If you pay in advance via our booking system, we will automatically send you an invoice by email. If you pay by cash to the driver, just make the request to us and we will send it to you by e-mail within 24 hours maximum.
Our rates are customized and degressive depending on the distance. You can pay in 3 ways :
- Monthly billing for businesses with no requirement for minimum commitment, subscription or additional charge
- Bank or credit card
We strongly recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Thus, we guarantee the availability of the vehicle and / or driver. However, we address last minute requests with best effort approach.
The taxi-transfer at Limocab, offers you a fixed rate ride so that you know in advance your expenses. Hence, this type of transfer does not depend on the conditions on the road or traffic.

Yes, Limocab offers to welcome you personally at Belgian airports and Brussels train stations. A driver with a sign indicating your name, company or other contact information that may identify you will be waiting for you and will assist you in carrying your luggage.

No, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the vehicle during the trip.
Yes, but we require they are properly placed in their travel boxes and put in the luggage compartment of the vehicle.
Yes, if requested in advance. We are equipped with child seats, baby seats and booster seats.
Change / cancellation
any modification or cancellation of your reservation must be made by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. Keep in mind that depending on the notification time , you should pay part or the total amount of the reservation.
After the cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Do not forget to check your spam folder, otherwise you can always call us if you have not received any email from us within 12h.

We invite you to contact without delay the driver or our office. We remind you that the sending of forgotten Items will be charged at the price of the Belgian post office. Please note that we assume no responsibility for items left in the vehicle and for which we have no trace.
In case your flight or train is delayed, our driver will be informed of the new schedule and will wait for you. Hence, you do not have to pay extra fee for the driver waiting in this case. However, please provide us with the necessary information as soon as possible and we will do our best.
Yes, our vehicles are equipped with USB terminals + adapters that you can use freely. On board limocab taxis, your electronics will never run out of battery!
